Children:
We want you and our other guests to be ensured the best experience and ultimate relaxation, so we ask that children not receiving a service not accompany you to your service. Children receiving a service under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Gift cards and gift certificates must be presented at the time of service. Please treat your gift card as cash. If the card is lost or stolen, we are unable to identify the original recipient and will be redeemed by the cardholder. We are unable to guarantee a particular practitioner when the gift card is ready to be redeemed. If we are no longer offering a particular service, the cash value can be applied to other products or services. Due to the processing fees, we are unable to refund the original purchase price of the gift card or gift certificate. It is our policy that these are non-refundable. All gift cards expire five (5) years from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance after the expiration date will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed or refunded.
