We want you and our other guests to be ensured the best experience and ultimate relaxation so we ask that children not receiving a service not accompany you to your service. Children receiving a service under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Due to COVID-19 all sales are final. No returns are accepted on any merchandise, return on product are determined by the manufacturer. Gift cards and gift certificates must be presented at the time of service. Please treat your gift card as cash. If the card is lost or stolen we are unable to identify the original recipient and will be redeemed by the cardholder. We are unable to guarantee a particular practioner when the gift card is ready to be redeemed. If we are no longer offering a particular service the cash value can be applied to other products or services.

Due to the processing fees we are unable to refund the original purchase price of the gift card or gift certificate. It is our policy that these are non refundable. 

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. We know that things happen and come up, please just give us 24-hour notice to reschedule your appointment so we can fill your spot. If your appointment is reserved with a gift card, the gift card will be redeemed.
